Alice E.L. (b. 1996) was born in South Korea and now works and lives in New York City. Working against the didactics of video and performance through the use of her own image, she aims to discover and deconstruct mass-media’s surveillance and identity cultures.

She went to a fancy school where she studied cinema and media theory, and now continues to take classes at a poshy-washy Predominantly White Institution in nyc.
